Under Federal Law, the City of Wadsworth is prohibited from carrying WQHS, channel position 25 basic tier and channel position 309 digital over the air, without their permission. While we continue to seek that permission, if we do not reach an agreement by Dec. 31st, 2011, WQHS will remove their programming on January 1st, 2012.
